1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for any workshop, course, or program offered by Kalavriksh Arts ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Artist Radha, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration.
2. Workshop Registration
Registration for our workshops is confirmed only upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom meeting link within a reasonable time after payment is processed.
- Each registration is valid for one participant only and is non-transferable
- Please ensure you provide accurate contact details during registration
- You are responsible for having a stable internet connection to participate in the live session
- Zoom software must be installed prior to the session — it is free to download
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these terms.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment must be completed in full to secure your seat
- We do not store your card or bank details — all payment data is handled by Razorpay
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Due to the live and limited-seat nature of our workshops, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made.
In exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency), please contact us as soon as possible at radhachandru2003@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you — for example, by providing access to a recording if one is made, or a credit toward a future session.
If Kalavriksh Arts cancels or reschedules a workshop, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.
5. Intellectual Property
All content delivered during our workshops — including demonstrations, techniques, handouts, and materials — is the intellectual property of Kalavriksh Arts and Artist Radha.
- You may not record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content without prior written permission
- Personal notes and artwork you create during a session remain your own
- Sharing workshop materials commercially or publicly is strictly prohibited
6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a positive, respectful learning environment for all participants. By joining any Kalavriksh Arts session, you agree to:
- Treat the instructor and all fellow participants with courtesy and respect
- Refrain from disruptive behaviour during the live session
- Not share your Zoom meeting link with unauthorised individuals
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session without refund if they violate this code of conduct.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our workshops are provided "as is" for educational and inspirational purposes. While we make every effort to deliver high-quality, accurate, and valuable content, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes — including income levels, skill acquisition speed, or commission success.
Results mentioned in testimonials or marketing materials represent individual experiences and are not guaranteed for all participants.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalavriksh Arts and Artist Radha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our workshops or use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific workshop in question.
9. Photography & Recording
We may capture screenshots or record portions of our live sessions for promotional or educational purposes. By registering, you consent to the possibility of your participation being captured. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in advance at radhachandru2003@gmail.com.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
